A custom questionnaire will be given for you to submit. Once completed, your consultation will be scheduled in person or via zoom call. We will discuss your design vision and how we can collaborate. Understanding your vision and how you want your space to function is important to us.

Once we receive all the information needed including any floor plans, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, budget, etc. we can begin creating a design concept using mood boards, color palettes and ideas for finishes, furnishings, fixtures etc. Depending on the scope of work, design visuals are created. This phase is important in making sure we are aligned on the design concept before selecting specific materials for purchasing.

Once the designs are approved we move on to the next phase of the project. Quotes and logistics of the sourcing and purchasing of materials and products are selected. We handle all arrangements of managing fixtures, flooring, slabs, paint, furniture, lighting, window treatments, appliances, etc. as we collaborate with any contractors and vendors involved in bringing your design to life. To ensure your project runs smoothly we have trusted partnership with trusted trade vendors. Next we will prepare for construction and/or final installation.

After all orders are completed we focus on executing all aspects of the final installation and styling. We coordinate procurement of product and management of vendors and contractors to get your project to the finish line. Our goal is your final reveal to be done in one installation day. Depending on the scope of work there could be a few days for larger scale projects. Ending with the grand reveal!

Once we receive all the information needed from the phone call we will ask for any floor plans, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, budget, etc. so we can prepare accordingly for our in home ‘Design In A Day’ meeting. This phase is important in making sure we are aligned on the design concept and details beforehand to make the best time of our meeting.

Once all the necessary information is collected and reviewed we will meet you at your home for your ‘Design In A Day’ meeting! This a collaborative 2-3 hour block of focused time. We will tour your home, take photos and measurements. We will sit down and discuss design visuals, functional space planning, paint colors, material and product ideas, and anything else that is needed. Each client may have different needs, so the consult is tailored around you!

After our ‘Design In A Day’ meeting is completed we will be available for email support for four weeks following your ‘Design In A Day’ meeting. You will have everything you need to be able to implement the design for your space on your own!
